I'm making progress at everything I need to get done before I leave. The marking has completely fallen by the wayside for the moment, but I've made progress on my dissertation chapter and it's as it turns out immensely time-consuming appendices. It's my last morning in Rennes, and I'm getting ready to check out of my residence, which I have to do in the next seventeen minutes. Everything is packed, and I've managed to consolidate everything into one carry-on bag plus my suitcase and purse, as demanded by my flight to London (I flew to France with two carry-on bags).
